Since January of 2022, SOBE Concerned Citizens have educated the public and local government officials on the dangers of SOBE. This has culminated in the passage of a one year Moratorium on gasification and pyrolysis in Youngstown. Mayor Jamael T. Brown signed Ordinance 23-470 into law on December 26, 2023. Here is intro:
