Moratorium Protecting Youngstown, Ohio, Is Renewed

Youngstown City Council voted to renew the moratorium on pyrolysis planned for downtown by SOBE Thermal on Wednesday November 20, 2024.


Several citizens spoke urging Council members to pass the renewal ordinance for a second year, including a retired OH EPA employee and an intern from Case Western Environmental Law Clinic.
