SOBE Concerned Citizens Place Billboard On Belmont Avenue In Youngstown

SOBE Concerned Citizens keeps the public aware of the threat to our public health and safety. On May 19, 2025 we placed a billboard on Belmont Avenue near the intersection of Burlington Street. The message "Youngstown Has Enough Toxic Air Pollution" reminds drivers of the danger of letting a pyrolysis plant operate near our revitalized downtown. The billboard shows the url of our website and our phone number. You can view this billboard by driving from Gypsy Lane south toward Youngstown. It will be on the right hand side.
