SOBE Concerned Citizens (SCC) has placed a new billboard along a busy roadway leading into Youngstown, Ohio, where citizens are questioning the judgement and wisdom of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in their granting of a ten year permit to operate a planned pyrolysis facility next to the rebulit downtown.


Regarding the planned pyrolysis plant, SCC is extending an invite to all to a public town hall to share updates on the facility: Be sure to mark your calendars and plan to attend. Enjoy light refreshments for attending.
